Ways Management : Valérie Lafille After graduating with a Master's Degree in Chinese Studies and a "Magistere" in International Negotiation from France, Valerie spent two years in China studying Economics and Trade. She then joined a leading Pharmaceutical company as a Trade Manager for China (based Hong Kong). Upon her return to Europe, Valérie started working for an international Search Consultancy in London as a Far East Consultant before widening her experience as an International Search (& Selection) Consultant. After working for executive Search firms in London such as CorpExec and CTA International, she set up ISR Solutions in 2002 in London before relocating the company to France as Ways International in 2006. During the past 15 years, Valérie has placed managers in 16 countries and managed teams of Consultants searching in as many as 11 countries simultaneously.
